My name is Mister Turtle.
I've been with Convoy since June 08
and been Chao's arch nemesis since June 08

We have since became allies and now I head the Department of Health.
As you can tell, I haven't been doing my job (too many body parts).

Anyhow, I always love my Convoy and will never let it down!
